2015 is a very special year for International Jewellery London as it celebrates its 60th birthday! With a whole host of jewellery brands from all over the world, Deakin and Francis are delighted to be a part of the show and indeed the celebrations.
Come along and visit our stand from Sunday 6th – Tuesday 8th September at stand B90.
As well as the opportunity to meet with some of the world’s finest jewellery brands, there will also be seminars from top industry professionals, catwalk shows and a series of industry awards.
At this years IJL, Deakin and Francis will exclusively be launching their Viking Skull Collection. Inspired by Scandinavian Pirates, the collection features a range of innovative cufflink designs. Made from sterling silver with rose gold plated finish, ruby eyes and quirky hairy beards, the range was designed by James Deakin.
The Viking Skull designs have either a black spinel or oxidised helmet and a unique bone design fitting. The horns are enamelled in a pearly white and the ruby eyes are skilfully fitted in a beard made of real rabbit fur.
James Deakin says, ‘we have thousands of designs of cufflinks in our collection but we’re never short of new ideas. I wanted to explore how we could use animal fur in our cufflink designs and decided that the Viking Collection was the perfect opportunity to create such unique designs. I’m fascinated by the effect the Vikings had on Britain and their warrior like image, they make great masculine cufflinks!’
